The PLANET App can be installed on Android devices with version 8.0 and up, as well as iOS devices with version 14.0 or later

Download the app by searching 'PLANET by L&T Finance' on the app store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices) & click the Install button. After installing, get started by following these steps:

1. Select language.
2. Register mobile number.
3. Verify your mobile number with an OTP.
4. Set the 4-digit MPIN of your choice.

The Planet App supports 12 languages. You can set your preferred language through two options

1. During registration: When registering on the app, you will be prompted to grant permissions. Once you allow permission by clicking on 'Allow Permission', the next screen will allow you to choose your preferred language.
2. In the app settings: Go to the Language Settings within the app's settings menu. Here, you can select your preferred language from the available options.
By using either of these methods, you can set your desired language on the Planet App

In the Service tab - under the update profile details section, you will see three options:

a) Contact Details.
b) Address Details.
c) Email ID.

Here you can update the mentioned details. To update the address, you are required to submit the address proof when prompted on the screen. (Documents such as Voter’s ID, Driving License & Passport)

To update your Bank Account details in the PLANET App, follow these steps:

1. After logging in to the PLANET App, click on the "Bank A/C Details" tab.
2. Select the "Update Mandate Details" option.
3. On the next screen, enter your new bank account details as prompted by the app, including the Account Holder name, Account Type, IFSC Code, Bank Name, and Bank account number.
4. Once you have entered the details, a verification process will be initiated by crediting ₹1 to your account.
5. After your bank details are verified, click on "Proceed." Depending on your bank, your mandate will be processed either via eNACH or Aadhar mandate, enabling automatic debit of the EMI amount from your updated bank account.

Login into the PLANET App and click on the ‘Services Tab’. Click on the ‘Vehicle Details’ option under this tab to update details such as Vehicle name, Vehicle number, RC Book details, etc.

To check your loan eligibility for a Personal Loan on the PLANET App, follow these simple steps:

1. Open the PLANET App and select the "Apply Loan" option.
2. Choose "Instant Personal Loan" as the loan type.
3. Enter your mobile number and OTP to verify your identity.
4. Click on "Proceed" and provide the necessary information, including your first name, last name, date of birth, mobile number, gender, email ID, Aadhar card number, and PAN card number (PAN card is required for eligibility check).
5. Once the information is validated, you will receive a notification with your eligibility and further details about the loan.

To check your loan eligibility for a Two Wheeler Loan on the PLANET App, follow these steps:

1. Open the PLANET App and select the "Apply Loan" option.
2. Choose "Two Wheeler Loan" as the loan type.
3. Enter your mobile number and OTP to verify your identity.
4. Click on "Proceed" and provide the necessary information, including your pin code, city, state, vehicle details (brand, model, variant, color, key specifications), select product details, dealer details, and upload your Aadhar card and PAN card (front and back).
5. Enter your date of birth, select your occupation, provide your email ID, enter your residential address, and upload address proof such as an electricity bill.
6. Click on the "Done" button to complete the process.
7. On the next screen, you will be notified of your eligibility for the Two Wheeler Loan.

To apply for a Personal Loan on the Planet App, follow these steps:

1. Select the ‘Apply Loan’ option.
2. Choose ‘Instant Personal Loan’ as the loan type.
3. Enter your Mobile Number and OTP to initiate the VIP Process.
4. Fill in your KYC details, Bank Details, Nominee Details, and Aadhar & PAN Details.
5. Enter the desired Loan Amount and Loan Tenure (in months).
6. Provide Mandate Registration details.
7. Click ‘Proceed’ to submit your loan application.
8. Once your application is verified, it will be submitted for processing.

To apply for a Two-Wheeler Loan using the Planet App, follow these steps:

1.Select the ‘Apply Loan’ option
2. Choose ‘Two-Wheeler Loan’ as the loan type.
3. Enter your Mobile Number and OTP to initiate the VIP Process.
4. Fill in the necessary details, including Vehicle and Dealer information.
5. Provide the Loan Amount, and Tenure, and upload the Aadhar Card and PAN Card (Front & Back).
6. Enter your Date of Birth and complete the KYC Details.
7. Provide Mandate Registration details.
8. Click ‘Proceed’ to submit your loan application.

To check your complete loan details, log into the PLANET App. Once you reach the dashboard, select your loan type from the provided drop-down list. After selecting your loan, click on the ‘Loan Details’ option. Here, you will be able to review various aspects of your loan, including the Principal Outstanding, Loan Amount, EMI paid, Pending Tenure, EMI Amount, Due Date, and more.

Once you are logged in to the app, go to the Loan Details tab and select My Documents. Within this section, you will be able to download all the mentioned documents.

Please note that the No Objection Certificate (NOC) is only available for download if your loan is closed.

Note: Please be aware that the first three attempts to download the NOC are free. After that, there will be a charge of Rs. 295/- per attempt.

• To download the Repayment Schedule, SOA and Welcome Kit, use the following password format: Enter your Date of Birth in the format DD/MM/YYYY followed by the last 4 digits of your mobile number.

• To download the NOC (No Objection Certificate) please provide the last 6 digits of your engine number.

There could be a few reasons why you are unable to download the NOC (No Objection Certificate).

Please refer to the list below to understand the possible causes:

a. Incomplete vehicle details (RC Copy) in the system.
b. If have an active Loan in such case as well you will not be able to download the NOC Certificate.

Solution:
If your vehicle details are incomplete, please send a scanned image of your RC Book to [email protected]. Once the information is updated, you can submit a fresh request for the NOC. Please allow a timeline of 7 days for processing.

Alternatively, you can visit the nearest branch to obtain a duplicate copy of the NOC.

Note: Please be aware that only the first 3 attempts to download the NOC are free. After that, there will be a charge of Rs. 295/- per attempt.

If you are not receiving the OTP within three minutes, please check if you have entered the correct mobile number.

Solution:
Wait for some time and try again later to get OTP. OR disconnect and reconnect your internet connection, then attempt the OTP verification process once more
