Happy to share that Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has approved (a) the proposed change in control of L&T Investment Management Limited (“L&T AMC”) to HSBC Asset Management (India) Private Limited (“HSBC AMC”) and (b) merger of certain identified schemes of L&T Mutual Fund (“LTMF”) with identified schemes of HSBC Mutual Fund (“HSBCMF”); (c) carrying over of certain identified schemes of LTMF to HSBCMF with no change in character or features except the name; and (d) changes to fundamental attributes of certain identified schemes of LTMF.

In light of the above, the migration process is in progress. Informational & transactional services on L&T AMC websites & applications will not be available from 15:00 hours on Friday, 25th November, 2022 until the start of business hours on Monday, 28th November, 2022. Digital properties at HSBC Mutual Fund will be available from the start of business hours on Monday, 28th November, 2022.
